As of 2/25/25, for invoices Square charges a fee of 3.3% + 30¢ per transaction (or invoice) for cards or 1% with a minimum $1 per transaction for ACH bank transfers (connects via Plaid)

For example, if the invoice is for $80 and you pay via ACH, the fee charged to EAS is the minimum of $1, so we would net $79. If ACH pay for an invoice of $200, the fee is $2 (or 1% of the invoice).

Card payments, for example, on an invoice for $500 would yield a charge to EAS of $500 X 3.3% plus 30 cents, totalling $16.80 ($16.50 on the 3.3% and .30 on the transaction charge), netting the invoice to $483.20.

We do not offer Afterpay as an option as Square (Block, Inc. owns both Afterpay and Square) snares a 6% + 30¢ per invoice/transaction fee from us vendors. Thanks for understanding. All of these paragraphs are just information.
